Bold wallpaper, outrageously comfy Hypnos mattresses blended with vintage reclaimed furniture and bijou en-suites promise a restful stay. We are proud to have been awarded ****Four AA SILVER Stars in the Restaurant with Rooms Designator. All rooms are above the bistro and have stairs to access.
Please be advised we close for one day a year- this being Christmas Day, to give our lovely team a well earned day with their families.
This means no breakfast or housekeeping refresh on Christmas Day. If you wish to book a room over the festive period please call to discuss if you have any queries regarding this. Rooms are accessible via an out of hours exit/entrance and are available on a Room Only basis.
Doubles
Paradis, Depardieu, Bardot & Bovary
Standard by name but never by intent, rooms that offer a king-size bed, all the necessities and lots of personality. Each standard double is unique and beautifully furnished with rich and sophisticated décor. From the opulent boudoir feel emanating from Bardot, to the classic fresh Depardieu, complete with floor to ceiling balcony window. Or how about our chic, elegant Paradis, or petite but stylish French rose inspired Bovary. Talk to us if you have a favourite!

VERY SMALL SINGLE
MACRON
A tiny but cleverly designed space for a solo traveller to rest a weary head, our most compact room is a great value option for a one night stopover. Comprising a lovely big window, an extremely cosy single bed and en-suite. We named our minuscule room after the most powerful man in France, Macron! Please note, we do not recommend for tall or large adults and for those looking to stay longer we would recommend our larger rooms.

Mediterranean inspired style and reclaimed Chateau finds make for an eclectic Cotswold retreat. The master bedroom has a super-king statement bed, separate dressing area and spacious bathroom with both a freestanding bathtub & walk-in shower. The second bedroom has the same earthy tones and vintage artwork to connect with the surroundings. (This room can be twinned upon request). The third room is a large reception area with seating and sofa bed (upon request). These rooms are layered with little luxuries that elevate your stay. Enjoy your very own slice of French nostalgia.
Sleeps maximum 4 in the two extra-large King beds. Extra beds (for children or small adults) can be added on request at a cost of £20.00 per person including towels, linen, and either the sofa bed or small single zed bed. Please reach out to us to discuss your required bed layout.

PLEASE NOTE: Fleur de Lys - Bampton is a beautifully refurbished Grade II Listed building, all rooms are above the bistro.
Due to the great age and historic significance of the building, there were restrictions on the scope of building works we could carry out while refurbishing the rooms, therefore some noise is to be expected in a building of this type and we do not have air conditioning.
All rooms are accessible only by stairs.
