Originating centuries ago in the French Alps, Raclette began when herdsmen, hungry from a day in the field, would slice open a wheel of cheese and leave it to melt to bubbling perfection in front of an open fire before scraping the cheese onto bread, potatoes and meats.
Our Raclette is available for £15 per 100g of cheese and comes served with baguette, potatoes, charcuterie & cornichons.
